Dawlish Couple
The travel arrangements left much to be desired. The change in flight times caused some problems in travel to airport time On arrival in Italy there was a long delay before coach
left for hotel. We arrived at hotel at 1.40am and tour guide was later called

When we arrived at Bergamo Airport for return flight we were left waiting for a long period before luggage could be checked in, Some disabled passengers were unable to find a seat in the waiting area but another tour representative arrived and she was very helpful
It is unlikely that we shall use your Company in the future

My first 'touring holiday' and first Newmarket holiday. I picked it deliberately as a birthday present to myself to see areas of the world which I had previousy thought of visiting but had not managed to go. What can I say? An amazing holiday with lots of new experiences and vistas thrown in! Beautiful scenery around every corner. A welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful tour manager; an excellent coach driver; great hotels; cracking tours with the right balance of guided walk and free time. Only criticism I can make is about the hotel in Fugen not having tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in room, although the room itself was newly refurbished and otherwise excellent.
The very early timing of the initial flight to Verona was a bit of a pain (had to be at airport for 5am) and the transfer back to Munich at the end of the holiday had almost an hour added to the journey as the driver took the 'scenic route' avoiding toll roads and border guards! The flights themseves were on time.
In summary, I had a fantastic holiday which was very well put together by the tour company. Despite travelling on my own, the group (31 of us) mixed well and no-one was 'left out'.
