Ambassador Cruise Line is the first new British cruise line to be launched since 2010. The cruise line offers a premium-value, environmentally conscious cruising experience.

Ambassador set sail from London Tilbury, in spring 2022. After completing its inaugural season, the line then expanded with sailings from additional regional ports in spring 2023, including Liverpool and Newcastle. The line sails to the Norwegian fjords, the grand British Isles, the Baltics, Iceland, Greenland and further afield on a selection of longer voyages in the Winter months.

Ambassador Cruise Line’s first ship, Ambience, an authentic, classical vessel accommodates up to 1400 guests in 798 cabins, she has plenty of deck space on which to promenade, take in the ocean view or enjoy a sunset cocktail. She offers a choice of five different restaurants and two cafes, plus nine lounges, a swimming pool and a spa. Fitness and leisure facilities are complemented by enticing enrichment and lifestyle programmes  and a full schedule of day and evening entertainment. Ambience strives to limit her environmental impact. Prior to her maiden voyage, Ambience was upgraded with emission-reduction technology. Onboard, no single-use plastics are used, and, from in-room amenities and menus to staff uniforms, the cruise line has only selected eco-conscious products.
