Some of our customers have sadly been affected by outbound flight cancellations, meaning they are unable to join their tour, and other customers are impacted by inbound flight cancellations and are unable to return home as planned at the end of their tour.

Our team is pro-actively contacting impacted customers in date order.

Inbound Flight Disruption

We are in regular contact with all customers currently unable to fly home. Flight availability remains very restricted at present, which is making it challenging to secure alternative travel arrangements for those affected . Our team is working closely with our airline partners to review options and will rebook customers as soon as suitable flights become available.

In the meantime, we advise customers to keep a close eye on their airline’s website for the latest updates and to ensure their contact details are correctly registered with the airline so they can receive any important notifications directly.

Newmarket Holidays and our local overseas partners are arranging extended hotel stays and additional airport transfers where required.

We are seeking to secure alternative flights on other airlines at no additional cost to you.

Where that is not possible, we will make contact with you to give you the option to transfer your holiday to an alternative date or tour (most of our worldwide tours are on sale up to 2028, with no administration fees) or cancel your tour with a full refund.

We are committed to securing the best possible alternative for you. However, given the very limited options available at short notice, you may need to consider departing from an airport other than your original / preferred choice.

We are reviewing impacted bookings based on their scheduled departure dates. As the situation continues to develop rapidly and remains uncertain, our focus at present is supporting customers whose travel plans are due to begin in the coming days.
