At Newmarket we believe that our holidays represent the very best value for money, and we’re prepared to stand behind that belief. We promise that if, at the time of booking, you find the same escorted tour cheaper elsewhere, we will match the price of that holiday and refund the difference!*

*The Newmarket Price Promise applies to air-inclusive holidays only (excluding our resort packages to Lake Garda, Sorrento, Montecatini, Alassio, Kyrenia and Porec). The Newmarket Price Promise is only valid against prices confirmed by us or by our trusted marketing partners and travel agents when booking online or over the telephone.

The competitor price used for comparison must have been quoted to you within 24 hours of making your booking with us, and must be for a package including exactly the same elements as the holiday you have booked with us (package elements include but are not limited to: departure dates, accommodation, flights, included excursions and entrance fees, and any other inclusions such as tour guides and coach transfers).

Redeeming The Newmarket Price Promise
If you think you've found a holiday that matches ours at a lower price, please send a screenshot of the webpage that includes the price, as well as the date and time of the quote, or a copy of the quote email or quote document that you have received to [email protected]. Unfortunately, quotes from other companies made over the telephone without supporting documentation, or that you send to us by post, cannot be accepted for comparison as we cannot verify the exact details and time period in which they were made. 

Please state clearly that you wish to redeem The Newmarket Price Promise, and include your Newmarket Holidays booking reference, when communicating with us.
