Great value for money. Staff wonderful from start to finish. Food excellent. Drinks very good value - good quality house wine etc... Ship clean, light & modern. We've booked another cruise on the back of this experience. Administration also very good.

The ship had been refurbished. But they should have started with the bathrooms when we opened our cabin door and washbasin was half full of filthy thick Brown water it took us eight trips to get a plumber, it leaked again the next day and was fitted with a fitting that didn't fit properly he had to tape it up so that will not last long the keys were a problem and didn't always work as almost everyone found out, the cabin itself was comfortable but we did not have the kettle we had been promised. We found the food mostly disappointing I ordered fish twice and it was very overcooked. The starf .tried hard but were not trained for purpose

The overall trip was dissapointing the food didn't live up to expectations especially n the buffet restaurant
The fiasco about the cabin keys on boarding lost us practically a day of our holidays as we didn't get into our cabin till 4.45.
The staff were however very helpful and good humoured

Solihull Couple
Disappointed with the food and the buffet service. Too crowded with too many noisy groups and older guests. Felt enclosed and unable to avoid the noisy groups.

Holiday was very good. It was the first cruise we have been on and probably will not go on another of this size. Having said that we really enjoyed the holiday.
