This was an amazing holiday with a warm and comfortable ship and interesting trips arranged. The food was excellent and staff helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the films and the crafts and piano in the bar.

We started our cruise with a surprise upgrade to a junior suite, which was most acceptable. Our day in Holland when we visited Kirkenhof, was brilliant. The weather was kind too, in spite of dire warnings. Day 2 at sea was choppy, but fortunately for us no sea-sickness. The staff were all very attentive. Fiords were amazing, walking excursion in Eidfiord, well organised and enjoyable. Flam was beautiful, and the Flam railway excursion was breath-taking. We were a bit sardine like in the carriage, but able to take in the view. Day 3 in Bergen, was a great surprise. We were expecting 'just another city', but it was lovely, fabulous simple wooden architecture, and our excursion to the home of Greig, completely bowled us over. We intend to return one day to attend a concert in his garden. Final day at sea was relaxing, and the final dinner was superb. Well done all concerned. Disembarkation was so easy.
