London Couple
The trip itself was fine but we found that cruising is not for us at this stage.

Letchworth Friends
We enjoyed a very lovely cruise on Magellan after we'd found the car park!! We received no instructions from Newmarket holidays as to where to park, despite paying for a ticket for the car. We drove up & down the road to the port several times following the signs which then just ran out. While trying to get through the gate which we later discovered was to the car park, the man on the gate said that it was only for coaches. Eventually in much confusion we discovered that people were unloading luggage near to the dock's entrance & then going through the "only for coaches" gate. Here we then found a lady directing us straight on. There were 4 or 5 choices. We were not told which to choose. On driving into where we thought was correct a very rude man shouted at my lady friend to move up quickly calling her "Sir"! The parking really needs to be sorted out!

Leicester Single traveller
I would have enjoyed it more if everything had not been so last minute. This was due to newmarket & the cruise line not being able to decide if I could go or not due to my hearing problems. I feel both Newmarket & the cruise line need to know & understand more about peopel with hearing loss & make more effort to provide for them.
