Itinerary

Day One

Leaving the local area this morning, you'll journey to the hotel, arriving in time for dinner.

Day Two

This morning we travel to Worcester for the 24th Victorian Christmas Fayre. The city's historic streets will be filled with stalls selling festive food, unusual Christmas decorations and carefully crafted gifts, each manned by a stallholder in Victorian costume.

Browse the stalls, then return to the coach for a drive through the rolling Cotswolds countryside to the pretty village of Broadway, before we head to your hotel for dinner.

Day Three

After breakfast, we'll head to Stratford-upon-Avon. Explore this lovely medieval market town, most famous as the birthplace and home of William Shakespeare, and perhaps head to the canal to wander the food and craft stalls of the weekly 'Upmarket'.

In the mid afternoon we'll begin our journey home, arriving back at your pick-up point in the mid to late evening.

I know it was a Christmas market but it was so packed you could not move,
There were so many food outlets it would have been great if you were hungry
And the shops were pretty much the same as you get at home.
So not very impressed.

Cramped feeder coach. Afternoon agenda changed to suit tour guide making it far too long on the coach. Hotel totally unprepared for large number of guests on first night resulting in cold food and drinks being served after the meal. Saturday, great breakfast and lovely day out to Worcester. Evening meal was a big improvement on the Friday. The hotel had worked hard to get it right. Sunday breakfast again good followed by a nice trip to Stratford upon Avon followed by a safe trip home and a larger feeder bus.

A wonderful hotel but terrible evening meals served in a function room. Breakfast was excellent as available in the dining room

The tour guide although very knowledgeable is over the top with excess information.

We had a great coach and wonderful driver but the journey time was too long with insufficient breaks.

Stratford was not an ideal destination for Sunday we would have been better off in Birmingham

Everything apart from the dinners at the hotel was extremely good. Leaving on Friday gave us plenty of time to explore Worcester on the Saturday.

Prompt on time pickup was a bit of a long journey because of picking up at different places but comfort stops well organised. hotel quite basic but comfortable choice of food adequate and good choice of breakfast. Christmas market was interesting, would have liked to have had a schedule stop at Broadway as it looked a beautiful little place for shopping and afternoon tea.
The stop at Stratford upon Avon was perhaps a little long but a beautiful place.
coach was very comfortable which made the long journey pleasurable.

Not the Christmas market i was expecting. Too much time spent in Worcester so very little time left for Broadway.
Ute was a nice lady but not a good guide. Told us very little about what we were to see or do, just disappeared when we got off the coach in Worcester. Seemed happiest when moaning over the mike about the amenities in the hotel!

THE COACH HAD NO ADEQUOTE HEATING SYSTEM.
THE HOTEL DELAYED OUR EVENING MEAL ( POOR OPTIONS ) FROM 7PM TO 8 PM WITH NO CONSIDERATION AS TO THE AGE OF THE COACH PARTY.
THE FOLLOWING EVENING THE SAME MEAL WAS TO BE SERVED.
WE ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS OF OUR GROUP WENT TO WETHERSPOONS FOR A DECENT EVING MEAL AT EXTRA EXPENSE.
THE HOTEL MANAGER HAD NO SKILLS IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND JUST REFERRED EVERYTHING BACK TO THE BOOKING AGENTS.
