Atlantic Island Sunshine

Escape the grey gloom of the British winter as you board Columbus and head for some much-needed warmth and blue skies. Sit back and relax as you sail south to the sun-kissed isles of Madeira, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and São Vicente, with calls at Morocco, Portugal and Spain.

After a visit at historic Rotterdam, start your journey south, visiting Portugal’s colourful capital Lisbon, before a day in floral paradise Funchal, capital of island idyll Madeira. Calls at two sun-kissed Canary Isles and Cape Verde’s charmingly rugged São Vicente add to the pleasure, before Columbus turns north and sails to Morocco. Call at alluring Casablanca, where you may choose to join an optional excursion to Marrakech, before continuing to Portugal’s Leixões – gateway to wine-producing Porto. A stop at Spain’s Galician gem La Coruña rounds off this wonderful cruise.
