Following Tuesday’s technical issue affecting NATS air traffic control, UK airports are operating more closely in line with normal expectations.
Flights are operating, however there are some delays and cancellations while airlines reposition aircraft and crew.
If you are travelling in the next 72 hours
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, our Customer Operations team will contact you directly. You do not need to call us.
If you are currently on holiday with us
If your return flight is affected, we will speak to you before you travel to the airport and we will arrange what is needed on the ground. We are securing return journeys for all affected customers.
What we are doing
We have been in contact with all our affected customers. Having activated our incident response plan on Tuesday evening, we are now returning to normal operations.
