When it comes to escorted touring, few things make as much of a difference as having the right person leading your group, and with more than 40 years of experience, we know what it takes to be a great tour manager. These people are our trusted representatives and your first port of call while travelling.  

Many of our tour managers are based in the destinations we explore, so they can offer rare and valuable insight that only locals would know. Whether it’s a local recipe, perfected over time, or directions to a hidden gem, these are the insights that can turn a good trip into a great one. 

Our tour managers and local guides also work tirelessly to take you beyond the guidebooks, ensuring every moment is comfortable, authentic, and memorable. Beyond their regular duties, they’ll often go the extra mile to make each occasion as special as it deserves to be. For curious travellers, they’re also a fountain of knowledge and ready to share their expertise and can add extra layers to your sightseeing experience.  

Most importantly, though, our tour managers will ensure that you feel safe during your holiday. Our guides are travel experts, and we handpick people for their knowledge and fluency in the local language, laws and etiquette, so you’ll always have an expert to help you explore with confidence.
