This morning Marco Polo docks in Casablanca, renowned for its connections with the celebrated movie, but today a world away from Humphrey Bogart’s sleepy town. Today may also offer up the chance to join an unforgettable shore excursion to Marrakech to explore the tiny stores, alleys and hidden courtyards of the souks, and its vast, bustling square, the Djemaa El Fna.

    Depart: 1800hrs

The Portuguese capital Lisbon is Marco Polo's final port. Stroll the narrow streets of the Alfama district, and climb aboard one of the city's famous trams. See the extraordinary Manueline architecture of the Belem quarter, and the striking modern buildings of the Baixa.

  • Arrive: 0800hrs

Bid farewell to Marco Polo and all your fellow travellers, today, as you disembark at the end of your cruise.
