A midnight garden
This winter, as darkness falls, Kew Gardens comes alive and sparkles with magic. Join us, for a festive experience unlike any other, and follow the illuminated trail through this enchanting winter landscape.
Board our coach at your pick-up point and travel with us to your hotel. After time to check in, relax, unpack, and enjoy an early evening meal (payable locally) our coach will carry you to the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew. Here, a magical path has been laid out. Follow it into a world of twinkling lights, illuminated sculptures, and spectacular displays that's at once enchantingly different and entirely Kew.
After a relaxed morning, our coach will take you into London's West End, where you'll have time to shop and explore before returning to the coach for the journey back to your original pick-up point.
Your Four-Star Hotel ★★★★
You will be staying in an excellent four-star hotel with a leisure centre and an indoor swimming pool, such as the Park Inn, Heathrow, the Crowne Plaza, Heathrow, or the Holiday Inn, Wembley. All guest rooms will have private bathrooms, TV, radios, telephones, hairdryers, trouser presses and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and the hotel will also offer good restaurant and bar facilities.
Your Tour Manager will have allocated seats for you on the main coach in advance, taking into consideration any special requests wherever possible, and will advise you where to sit as you board the coach. This will be your seat for the duration of the tour. (Seats are not allocated on any connecting services to and from the main coach.)
Coach seating arrangements
Your final travel documents, including the exact time and place of departure, will be sent to you approximately 10 days prior to departure, providing all payments have been made. We are unable to give exact departure times before this.
Joining your holiday
If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.
The majority of our tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting. If you are bringing a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Christmas at Kew is an open-air event, so we strongly advise you wrap up warm with suitable clothing and footwear. The walking trail is approximately one mile long.
