- We needed to come back a day early. When we booked we were not given the plane times (outward or return). The flight back was too late on the Sunday for us. When we checked in at the Hotel Avalon (good hotel) we informed the receptionist and the tour manager that we wouldn't be staying on the last night (Saturday). I had rung your office and ascertained that it was ok to leave earlier and was told we had to make our own flight and transfer arrangements. We had booked for the Dinner and Folk Evening but this was changed from the Friday to the Saturday so we couldn't take it, effectively removing what I had anticipated might be the highlight of the holiday. The tour manager told us we would have a refund for missing this treat. As we had also told the hotel we would only be staying for 2 days a refund is due there as well. I look forward to receiving the payments to which I feel we are entitled.
