Day One

Leaving the local area in the morning, we'll head towards Liverpool and our hotel. After check-in you'll have the rest of the evening free to relax and unwind before dinner is served.

Day Two

Today we take a trip into Liverpool and back in time to the rock 'n' roll days of the early 1960s. Our dedicated 'Beatles' guide will bring to life the world of Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane on a themed included coach tour.

See where John and Paul first met, where the quartet grew up, the poignant 'Eleanor Rigby' sculpture and other places connected with four of the 20th Century's most iconic figures, including a visit to the Cavern Club itself - one of Britain's most legendary music venues.

Afterwards, explore Liverpool under your own steam, or find out more about John, Paul, George and Ringo at The Beatles Story - a "magical history tour" that includes fascinating recreations of Abbey Road, the Casbah Coffee Club and even a Yellow Submarine - on this afternoon's optional excursion.

Day Three

After a leisurely breakfast we'll return to Liverpool, and board the "Ferry 'Cross the Mersey" for a whole new perspective on the city. The on-board commentary will bring the city's landmarks to life on this fascinating 50-minute cruise.

Afterwards there'll be the chance to enjoy a three-course lunch at Blake's Restaurant in the Hard Days Night Hotel, and you'll then have some free time to explore before we begin our journey home, arriving back in the local area by mid to late evening.

Cupar Couple
A very enjoyable weekend. The coach was comfortable and departed on time from Dundee. The first proper stop however was a little further along the route than desired. The hotel was a little bit far away from Liverpool to make the most of sightseeing in the city as we left Liverpool at 5 p.m. on the Saturday night. A hotel in the refurbished dock area would be better.
The ferry across the Mersey was cancelled, through no fault of the tour operator but left us feeling disappointed. Although we received a refund for the actual amount paid, a small amount extra to compensate for our disappointment would have been a nice gesture or a voucher to use on another tour.
Overall though we

After an early start at the first pick up point we unfortunately spent 5 hours on the coach before we got a 40 minute break before another lengthy journey before reaching Liverpool However on arriving at the hotel a bit weary the staff were well organised with keys & menu lists We enjoyed our meals served by friendly staff.
Our bus tour of Liverpool & Beatles haunts was very interesting although the Guide wasn't the best & unfortunately left us too little time to spend at the Cavern which we enjoyed very much but most of us were booked to visit the Beatles story mid afternoon which we also enjoyed. Unfortunately on the Sunday we didn't get our Ferry Accross the Mersey due to a technical fault with the ferry boat. Some of the company had booked to go on the Sergent Peppers lunch & although we enjoyed visiting the Docks it was 3pm before we left Liverpool which meant we didn't arrive back in Aberdeen until after 11.30pm. An extra day would've been great on this nostalgia packed week-end

Eastbourne Friends
This holiday was the worst I have ever had !! Due to all the pick ups it took 11 hours to get to our destination and 10 hours to get back home. The Tour Manager was not at all helpful and gave very little information throughout On our return he sneaked off the coach without saying anything at all to my friend and myself who were the last two left on board! The coach driver's time for driving exceeded after he left and we were approx 10 Miles from home Within five minutes of us leaving the replacement vehicle a car flipped over on to its roof immediately in front of us which was a terrifying experience ! And what an end to an awful day!The driver had been drinking heavily,!When we had reached Dunstable I had asked the tour manager if he could arrange for us to leave at Crawley He gave us no further information and when we reached Crawley nothing had been arranged and it was too late then for my niece to get there as she had offered. Our family were very worried about us ! The hotel was also the worst I have ever stayed in Very noisy from the main road and Restaurant like a school canteen Some people used a coffee machine available at Breakfast and when staff realised they switched it off without explaining why! Apparently coffee had to be paid for! We arrived home at 12.45 which was totally unacceptable The holiday was advertised as three days and expected time home was middle to late evening ! Our families were VERY worried about us and my niece met us in Polegate (boarded in Eastbourne) as she said she would not be able to sleep until I was home safely Altogether a dreadful experience!! Which took me about a week to get over!

Twickenham Friends
I have already sent in my comments a few weeks ago, soon after my arrival home. The coach journey was very arduous, having to stop at so many places to collect people en route.Friday was a very bad day to travel also because of the traffic. We had to wait far too long for the second coach to arrive and we were so grateful it wasn't raining. When it finally arrived we had to wait a further 30 minutes before we could climb on board because people wanted a break. Both tour guides were very knowledgable and interesting.
