Cruise's with Newmarket Holidays

Newmarket Holidays act as an agent on behalf of Ambassador Cruise Line and also are delighted to offer Ocean Cruises with Fred. Olsen Cruise Line and River Cruises via A-ROSA.

  • AMBASSADOR CRUISE LINES

    Car Parking, subject to availability, can be booked up to 7 days before your sailing date. Please email [email protected] and we can assist you with this. When emailing, please state your car make, model and colour.

    FRED. OLSEN CRUISE LINES

    There are different parking options available. Newmarket Holidays are unable to offer port parking with Fred. Olsen and therefore, you should contact them directly. Information can be found here. 

  • AMBASSADOR CRUISE LINES

    Departure documents are available on My Ambassador Sailing 72 hours prior to sailing. For help with the My Ambassador Sailing website, please watch this video for assistance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2V9szQetuOw).

    Please note no paper tickets are available with Ambassador Cruise Line, who, as part of their sustainability strategy, operate a digital only policy. That being said, you can check-in at the port in the traditional way, although this will slow down your embarkation process.

    FRED. OLSEN CRUISE LINES

    Departure documents will be emailed to you 14 days before sailing, providing all guest information requirements have been completed directly with Fred. Olsen. 

     

  • For both Ambassador Cruise Lines and Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, shore excursions will be available via the cruise lines directly. You can view your booking in your account sections of their websites, where you can choose and pay for your shore excursions prior to sailing. 

    Shore Excursions are generally available to view and booked 8 weeks before sailing.

  • Ambassador Cruise Lines are a digital first cruise line. Nothing will be posted to you. You are required to register on My Ambassador Sailing 3 days after you have made your booking. Here you can check-in for your cruise, book shore excursions and specialty restaurants.

    Unfortunately, due to data protection Newmarket Holidays are unable to complete this process for you.

  • All of our holiday Booking Conditions can be found here. 

  • Storage space in cruise cabins are limited. Normally there are around 10 coat hangers per cabin.

  • AMBASSADOR CRUISE LINE

    Ambassador are a sustainable cruise line and as such, do not post luggage labels. You can print your own labels from My Ambassador Sailing after you have checked in, or if you are having difficulty, you can collect them at your departure port.

    FRED. OLSEN CRUISE LINE

    Fred. Olsen will post you your luggage labels approx. 2 weeks prior to sailing. Alternatively, labels are available to collect at your departure port.

  • You must ensure you have valid passports for each of your cruise ports. When sailing within the European Union, your passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return and issued less than 10 years on your date of departure. You must also meet all entry requirements, such as visa's, if required. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for more information.

    It is a condition of sailing that you have adequate travel insurance. We recommend Holiday Extras, who offer a variety of comprehensive insurance packages, which cover you for cruise holidays. Holiday Extras can be contacted on 0800 458 9216 quoting V7812.
