As you will have seen from the recent change in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice for travelling to Spain, the UK Government is taking a very proactive approach in mitigating any potential COVID-19 risk at this time. Whilst we fully support this approach, we will act in an equally proactively manner to protect you financially in the event that your holiday is affected by a similar change.
That’s why we’ve introduced our new Flexible Booking Policy that changes with the times. Our new policy covers both existing and new bookings.
If you are thinking of making a new booking, we understand that you may want some additional reassurance at this time. With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that anyone who makes a new booking with Newmarket Holidays before 30 September 2020, departing before 31 March 2021, will be able to amend their holiday at no cost, up to 21 days before departure.
If you make a new booking and the FCO advises against all but essential travel to your destination, even if the departure date is within 20 days, we will contact you to explain all your options, including transferring to a new holiday or amending your existing holiday with no administration fee, and a full refund of your monies paid.
