WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
Fly to Malta, meet your Tour Manager and transfer to your chosen hotel in Qawra.
Rest and relax in the hotel, getting to know this delightful area, which throws itself into the Christmas festivities every year, with its bars and cafes that fringe the sandy bay all dressed for the season.
On the first of our included excursions you'll explore Valletta. Visit the award-winning Malta Experience, where an audio-visual presentation will reveal the history of the island and its capital; the Lascaris War Rooms; the Upper Barracca Gardens; and the Auberge de Castille - former home to the Knights of St John.
Day Four (Christmas Eve)
Today brings an opportunity for some last minute Christmas shopping, as well as an included excursion taking us on a journey back in time, as we cross Valletta's Grand Harbour to reach the three medieval cities of Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea.
This evening, begin your Christmas celebrations with dinner and live entertainment at the hotel.
Day Five (Christmas Day)
Enjoy a perfect Christmas day of rest, relaxation and celebration in the hotel and its surroundings, including traditional Christmas Dinner and live entertainment.
Day Six (Boxing Day)
Enjoy a restful day, or perhaps join the optional excursion to delightful Gozo. Board the ferry for a crossing to the quaint port of Mgarr, and visit the island's fortified capital, Victoria, picturesque Marsalforn, famous Calypso's Cave overlooking sandy Ramla Bay and the fascinating Inland Sea at Dwerja.
Spend a last evening in the hotel, reliving the highlights of a special Christmas.
This afternoon's optional excursion will take you to Sliema to board a cruiser for a fascinating tour of Valletta's spectacular Grand Harbour. The scale of the massive fortifications, wharves and waterside buildings becomes all the more apparent when seen from the water.

European closing times
Shops in Europe will generally close from early afternoon on Christmas Eve until 27th December. Included tours and excursions have been chosen for their scenic or historic value.
Hotel transfer times
The transfer time from the airport to your hotel is approximately 30 minutes.
Combining hotel transfers
We sometimes need to combine transfers to and from your hotel. We always try to keep any wait to a minimum, but you may be asked to wait at the airport for up to an hour, while other incoming flights arrive, before the transfer to your hotel. Similarly, we may need to transfer you back to the airport up to three hours before your flight home departs.
If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.
Occasionally, for operational reasons, we may have to change the order of the excursions on your holiday. The final day-by-day itinerary will be confirmed on your Final Travel Documents, which you will receive approximately three weeks prior to your departure. Passengers departing on 22nd December (from Birmingham, Manchester, East Midlands and Liverpool) arrive one day later than the itinerary above. As a result Day Three above becomes their Day Two, and the tour ends with an additional day to relax between the optional excursion to Sliema and the day of their flight home.
The majority of our tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting. If you are bringing a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
