Take in Biertan, where you'll find one of Romania's great churches, a grand fortified building created by the region's Germanic settlers. Your next stop, Sighișoara, further showcases the region's Saxon heritage, and you'll join your tour manager for another insightful walk through the city ahead of an overnight stay. During a scenic drive south through the Carpathians, you'll take in the charming Saxon enclave of Viscri, home to one of King Charles III's private houses abroad.
