Every evening, dine in style in our two-tiered main restaurants with a sumptuous five-course, á la carte menu, crafted by our expert chefs. Alongside these, enjoy an array of freshly baked breads, made overnight in our onboard bakery. The Poolside
The Poolside Café offers a laid-back al fresco setting for casual dining. Choose from a selection of tasty dishes, including freshly cooked burgers, fish and chips, Caesar salads, and ploughman’s plates. It’s the perfect spot for a late breakfast, brunch, or lunch. With the retractable roof that adapts to the weather, it’s an ideal place to enjoy a light meal and a refreshing cocktail or mocktail at any time of day.

Bolette's Colours & Tastes promises an unforgettable dining experience. Bolette's Vasco restaurant, named after explorer Vasco da Gama, offers a modern take on classic Goan cuisine. Inspired by India’s rich flavours, our Goan chefs handcraft each dish to order, from fresh seafood and spiced curries to perfectly grilled meats.
