SCS – Sales Executive

Flexible hours. Total required 36 per week. Permanent role, office or home based.

The role

To act as the first point of contact for our customers to sell our range of holidays, ensuring we increase revenue by successfully converting and maximising every sales opportunity providing exemplary customer service at all times.

What I do

  • Deliver an effective and enjoyable buying experience for all customers
  • Share with our customers a passion for travel and a knowledge of the destinations in order to add value to the booking experience
  • Gain knowledge of the product and services we offer and consistently share this knowledge with the team members
  • Escalate and share challenges as they arise to ensure that potential problems are identified and solutions found
  • Take on the role of Customer Service advisor during busy periods, ensuring professional levels of service are maintained.

  • Sales Advisors will be driven focused individuals, motivated by the desire to turn every sales opportunity into a booking
  • Maintain a high level of product and operational knowledge
  • Personal experience and knowledge of the destinations featured and an ability to add value to the booking experience
  • Exceptional listening skills as we seek to provide the right holiday for our customer base
  • Empathetic team player with a strong can do attitude
  • Genuine interest and passion for travel
  • Experience of working within the travel industry in a target driven environment
  • Take a flexible approach to take on other tasks to cover busy periods within the team or helping out in other parts of the business to cover business critical needs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
