Customer Relations Executive

Full time position, 35 hours a week. Permanent role, office based.

The role

To be primarily responsible for providing an excellent post travel service to customers, responding to written correspondence and telephone calls as required.

What I do

You will be delivering our post-departure service by answering questions and queries from customers; handling and resolving any customer disputes and difficulties that may arise by telephone and in writing; ensuring that all correspondence is dealt with properly and within the timeframes described in the ABTA code and our Company’s own policy etc.

Who I am

  • Experience of working in the travel industry
  • Possess a genuine desire to help and to deliver the very best service at all times
  • Excellent business letter-writing skills with a high standard of written and verbal English
  • Able to empathise with customers and problem solve
  • Aware of business needs and able to balance them with customer satisfaction and retention
  • Able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
