Customer Relations Executive
Full time position, 35 hours a week. Permanent role, office based.
To be primarily responsible for providing an excellent post travel service to customers, responding to written correspondence and telephone calls as required.
You will be delivering our post-departure service by answering questions and queries from customers; handling and resolving any customer disputes and difficulties that may arise by telephone and in writing; ensuring that all correspondence is dealt with properly and within the timeframes described in the ABTA code and our Company’s own policy etc.
