Rejoin Olympia in time for dinner in the charming wine town of Breisach, where she'll moor overnight.
Spend the morning exploring Breisach - the views out over the forest region from atop its Gothic cathedral are lovely - then enjoy a lazy afternoon of sailing as Olympia cruises downstream to moor close to Strasbourg.
Transfer into the heart of Strasbourg for a morning of exploring. A fascinating optional excursion brings the chance to see the city by boat, as you travel along the winding canals to marvel at the soaring Notre-Dame cathedral - one of France's great Gothic churches - as well as the buildings of the European Parliament and the Council of Europe. Rejoin Olympia during the afternoon for her sailing to ancient Speyer.
Join our Tour Manager on a short included walking tour of Speyer, once one of the most important cities in the Holy Roman Empire, then rejoin the ship for the short trip to Mannheim, where an optional excursion offers the chance to visit beautiful Heidelberg. One of Germany's 'must-see' destinations, Heidelberg has inspired poets and operetta composers for centuries.
Rejoin Olympia in Mainz, and enjoy an evening of exploration in this historic city, home to a gorgeous old town and a magnificent cathedral.
You're treated to delightful scenery today, as Olympia makes her way through some of the most spectacular stretches of the Rhine. She'll firstly call at Rudesheim, famous for its bustling Drosselgasse, where an optional excursion brings the chance to visit Siegfried's Musikkabinett and travel on the local 'Winzer Express' train.
Return to the ship for a journey into the gorgeous Middle Rhine, where vineyards, castles and quaint villages pepper the landscape. Later, we'll arrive in Koblenz in time for dinner and an evening of exploration.
Olympia continues downriver, sailing past Konigswinter, the rolling Siebengebirge hills and leafy Bonn, to arrive in Cologne by midday. See the sights on our optional walking tour, the highlight of which will be the magnificent twin-spired cathedral.
Olympia sails through beautiful windmill-dotted landscapes this morning, as she crosses into Holland on her way to Amsterdam. On arrival, join our included canal cruise along the city's pretty waterways to take in the colourful highlights, before a final evening brings the chance to step ashore and explore or relax on board.
Disembark Olympia in Amsterdam, and transfer to the airport for your flight home.

The majority of our tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting. If you are bringing a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Optional excursions are available on all cruises, and we recommend that you book now to secure your place. If the number of bookings needed to operate any excursion is not reached, the excursion may be cancelled. In this case your payment will be refunded in full.
Optional shore excursions
Spend just £17.50 per person per night, and enjoy unlimited draught beer, house wine and soft drinks (including water, tea and coffee) between 10am and midnight while on board Olympia. All other drinks are not included. The drinks package must be purchased by every person occupying a particular cabin.
Pre-paid drinks package
Tipping is not compulsory, but from experience we know that many passengers like to leave gratuities for the crew. An envelope will be left in your cabin for this purpose.
The dress code on board and ashore is casual. After 7pm, in the lounge and restaurant, shorts are not permitted, and footwear and a shirt or T-shirt must be worn.
Where possible, non-rigid suitcases are easier to store within your cabin.
The tap water on board is safe to drink, but may not be to your taste due to the purification system.
On rare occasions, the Captain may need to alter the Cruise Itinerary. If this happens, the Cruise Manager will keep passengers informed.
The majority of cabins on board are 10.5m square. Single cabins are approximately 7.7m square. (These measurements include the bathroom.) Standard Promenade cabins are 15m square and most have double beds (which do not convert to sofas), but they do not have a table or stool and will by subject to engine noise during overnight and early morning sailing.
