Alternatively, join an optional excursion to Monet's lovingly preserved house and gardens at Giverny.
Leaving Rouen this morning, Magellan sets off on a relaxing jaunt along the River Seine to reach Honfleur, the gateway to another charming landscape of French countryside. Step ashore to discover one of the French Impressionists' favourite retreats, with its pretty harbour surrounded by gabled houses.
