We were disappointed at not getting to our first port of call at Copenhagen although it was beyond your control due to the weather conditions.
We thought the paltry sum of £25 each paid as compensation was insufficient in view of the additional revenue you would have made due to the additional time at sea.

Chatres-sur-cher, France Couple
Due to weather conditions we were unable to visit Copenhagen and were obviously disappointed. The ship, staff and on-board entertainment were first class, particularly our cabin boy who couldn't have done more to make our experience an enjoyable one.

Fantastic scenery, good guides on the excursions, good food and service in the cabin. A pity we were not able to visit Copenhagen due to bad weather.

Tunbridge Wells Couple
Disappointing start, first stop cancelled, staff in disarray on first evening, cabin good, clean and well maintained, some of the ports of call were poor and not enough time to visit more interesting places further afield.

Ripon North Yorkshire Couple
I had a great time but my husband did not enjoy cruising. It was our first cruise and sadly the boat was delayed due to weather which did not start the holiday well. Delay for over 12hours with car parking problems and people trying to leave a car park whilst others wanting to park very chaotic. Sea sickness observed due to weather issues, missed going to Copenhagen and the £25 refund did not make up for all the issues encountered and one port missed. Entertainment the comedians not good, but the rest very good. Expensive trips especially in Russia. One lady who had bronchitis coughed all over other passengers, on one of the tours my husband an asthmatic left the holiday quite unwell so his experience was very negative. We had to organise getting this lady antibiotics as she had a long standing condition and knew she was unwell when she travelled.

Lovely holiday. Visited most of the places I wanted to see. Didn't get to Copenhagen because of bad weather. But otherwise a great holiday.
