First time on a cruise, hence a mini one to try, Faultless from start to finish. Organisation and transition to the ship at Tilbury went smoothly and stress-free. Travelled overnight so arrived at Amsterdam and Antwerp early next morning. Food, entertainment, cabin (seaview) staff and settings, shore excursions were amazing. Can't wait to repeat again!

Good for a trial cruise. We, along with most people, had not taken a cruise before. Unfortunately the computers had been down so the check in was busy, and each time we left and joined the ship it seemed to take an age. Had hoped to avoid the airport queuing. The food and staff were great. The lifeboat drill seemed a little haphazard with lots of people shouting names that couldn't be heard, Not confidence boosting for a nervous traveller.

As this was the first voyage since CMV took over the ship there were a few teething problems which the staff did their best to sort out. Having read some reviews since then it seems most of these have been resolved. Once up to CMV's normal standard this will be a nice ship.

This was the first time we'd been on a cruise, and I thought it wonderful! The cabin was spacious and had a big window, and the whole ship was sparkling clean inside and out and very attractive. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food very good and plentiful.
There was a problem berthing at Amsterdam but we put this down to teething troubles.
Amsterdam and Antwerp are such historic cities and we went to see the Rembrandt paintings in the first, plus the canals etc, and in the second took a horse-bus tour of the city and went into a fascinating museum. I would love to go cruising again.
