Done this trip for several years and they have always been excellent but this one was diabolical. Hotel was by far well below what had been provided before. No food available and told a walk of ten minutes from the Albert Hall would take you to restaurants. Ten minutes if you are capable of walking more like 45 minutes at least if you have walking difficulties. You should bear in mind that this type of excursion is normally booked by the older generation. I was not the only person who was unable to walk to Kensington High Street so had no meal all day. Do not know after this experience whether I will go again.

Coventry Couple
This was an excellent weekend with a very efficient tour manager who made the whole time interesting .
we only had one difficult time and that was when our feeder coach was half an hour late and we wondered if anything had happened before it reached us. We tried to phone your office but as it was saturday it was closed. Thankfully it did turn up in the end but what would have happened if it had not done so?

Cowbridge Couple
Overall enjoyable, but planning fell short. Difficult to get a meal before the concert and had to walk a distance which was difficult for elderly people. We had not received an itinerary, and it was not made clear that there would be shopping time before returning home. Tour guide did her best to accommodate everyone's concerns, but we felt it was all a bit ad hoc.
