A festive shopping spree in the capital
Kick-start your Christmas shopping with this fabulous festive break to London. Stay in a four-star hotel, and use our two coach transfers into central London to visit some of the capital's must-see attractions, see the famous Christmas lights, and indulge in some of the best Christmas shopping anywhere in the world.
Leaving your chosen pick-up point, in the morning we'll head towards London and your hotel. After check in you'll have the rest of the afternoon and evening free. Relax at the hotel, make the most of the leisure facilities, or take advantage of our return coach transfers into London's West End; you should be in central London by about 5:30pm.
Once there, head to Oxford Street or Knightsbridge to shop (many of the stores stay open until 9pm), enjoy an evening at the theatre, or sit down to a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants. Our coach will leave London at about 10:30pm.
After breakfast, our second coach transfer into central London gives you the chance to return to the shops, explore the stalls and boutiques of Covent Garden, wander through the galleries of the British Museum or V&A, or take a walk in one of the lovely London Parks.
In the mid afternoon, re-board the coach and begin your journey home.
Your Four-Star Hotel ★★★★
You will be staying in an excellent four-star hotel with a leisure centre and an indoor swimming pool, such as the Park Inn, Heathrow, the Crowne Plaza, Heathrow, or the Holiday Inn, Wembley. All guest rooms will have private bathrooms, TV, radios, telephones, hairdryers, trouser presses and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and the hotel will also offer good restaurant and bar facilities.
Your Tour Manager will have allocated seats for you on the main coach in advance, taking into consideration any special requests wherever possible, and will advise you where to sit as you board the coach. This will be your seat for the duration of the tour. (Seats are not allocated on any connecting services to and from the main coach.)
Coach seating arrangements
Your final travel documents, including the exact time and place of departure, will be sent to you approximately 10 days prior to departure, providing all payments have been made. Joining your holiday
If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.
Where meals are not included, your Tour Manager will ensure there are suitable stops made for you to purchase and enjoy lunch and/or dinner each day.
The majority of our tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting. If you are bringing a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
The majority of these consist of a double bed and an extra bed that is often only suitable for children. If this is a concern, you may wish to consider booking more than one room for your group.
