Day One

Leaving your chosen pick-up point, in the morning we'll head towards London and your hotel. After check in you'll have the rest of the afternoon and evening free. Relax at the hotel, make the most of the leisure facilities, or take advantage of our return coach transfers into London's West End; you should be in central London by about 5:30pm.

Once there, head to Oxford Street or Knightsbridge to shop (many of the stores stay open until 9pm), enjoy an evening at the theatre, or sit down to a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants. Our coach will leave London at about 10:30pm.

Day Two

After breakfast, our second coach transfer into central London gives you the chance to return to the shops, explore the stalls and boutiques of Covent Garden, wander through the galleries of the British Museum or V&A, or take a walk in one of the lovely London Parks.

In the mid afternoon, re-board the coach and begin your journey home.

Saturday was fine, though being dropped off in the busiest part of London in the dark was not helpful when u don't know the area.
Sunday was very disappointing as on all the paperwork we told we were going to dropped off in the Covent Garden area, we were actually dropped off in the opposite side of London by Oxford Street. As the person I was traveling with is a pensioner who can't walk very far we were very disappointed as we had plans for the Covent Garden area.

Worst coach holiday I have ever been on. Did not get to see the promised Christmas market. Tour guide too interesting in catering for the theatre goers as they were given preference and we had to wait. Tour guide found it amusing and said we could complain, but if we wrote a letter it would be binned as he knew the girl dealing with complaints.
The bath was dirty and nothing was done when we complained. Why advertise a Christmas Market Holiday when it was no such thing.

Thank you for your feedback. Nowhere in our advertising do we mention Christmas markets on this break, so we are unsure why you believe that these would be included on your trip, however we apologise for your disappointment. Furthermore, please be absolutely assured that we respond to every piece of communication that we receive and we are very sorry that you were given an impression to the contrary.

A great weekend if a little rushed and not enough time in London, the coach was good but the feeder driver who picked us up at Beverley was not very helpful he didn't speak we were given no information until we got to Barnsley when we changed drivers ,the lady driver [Sheila} was very good, the feeder driver coming home from Barnsley was very elderly and we had to give him directions all the way back to Beverley.
