Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines - 2025/26 launch offer

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ (FOCL) standard Terms and Conditions which are available here, and on request. Both must be read before booking. All offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, cannot be combined, are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively. The choice of either on board spend or door-to-door transfers on selected cruises of 14 to 28 nights departing from the UK in 2025 & 2026; for cruises of five to 13 nights, on board spend per person is applicable only. Offer applicable to new bookings made from 05/03/24 onwards, on 2025 & 2026 sailings from the UK. Freedom fare terms and conditions apply. In addition to above:
FREE Onboard spend: Free on Board Spend amount is per person (pp), based on £20 per night, up to two guests per cabin. On Board Spend is non-transferable, no refunds will be given for the credit amount shown, and no cash alternative will be given for unused on board spend. On board spending credit may only be used against purchases made on board and charged to the guest cabin account and cannot be used against any purchases prior to the cruise (i.e. pre-booked shore tours, pre-booked Joy of the Journey activities, pre-booked Spa treatments, etc).  

FREE Door-to-door transfer offer: Maximum number of UK mainland miles included in the offer varies per cruise and will be up to a maximum of either 150 or 200 UK mainland miles, each way, as stated on the website. 14-to-17-night cruises, free door-to-door transfer up to 150 UK mainland miles and 18-to-28-night cruises, free doorto-door transfer up to 200 UK mainland miles. Any additional mileage must be paid to the transport provider (CMAC) at the time of booking. Guests may be required to share the transport for all or part of the journey, when an appropriate vehicle will be provided. Once the complimentary transport has been confirmed by the provider, charges will apply if you fail to take this arrangement without cancelling with the transport provider. The door-to-door service is one transfer (each way) per booking for all guests, from the lead guest address. Outbound and inbound mileage cannot be combined should you only require transfer one-way. No deviations en-route are permitted. This offer is not combinable with free on board spend offer or any other offer, unless stated otherwise.

Solo Traveller offer: Applicable to new bookings only, made from 05/03/24 on a Freedom fare basis on selected departures and selected single cabin grades, as highlighted on fredolsencruises.com. Conditions of Entry:

Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. By participating in this promotion (including by accepting the Prize), an entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of entry.

 

Duration of Promotion Period:

The promotion will commence at 9am on Friday, 5 April 2024 and will continue until Friday, 31 May 2024 ("Promotion Period").

 

How to Enter:

Entry is open to all customers who book and pay a deposit or in full for any André Rieu holiday with Newmarket Holidays during the Promotion Period ("Valid Booking"). "Holiday" means any André Rieu package product(s) booked with the Promoter.

Valid Bookings must be secured by a deposit or paid in full to be eligible for entry.

The promotion applies to Valid Bookings made with the Newmarket Holidays online, via a travel agents or over the phone with our call centre.

The promotion applies to Valid Bookings made by Customers in respect of multiple travellers (including travellers under the age of 18 years) up to a maximum of two people. If a booking is for more than 2 customers, the lead customer will receive a refund for the value of two customers up to a maximum of £2,500GBP.

Customers  will be automatically entered into the competition at the time a Valid Booking is made.

Customers will receive 1 (one) entry into the competition per Valid Booking.

Entries received will be considered final by Newmarket Holidays.

Valid Bookings must be received by Newmarket Holidays during the Promotion Period to be eligible for entry. Newmarket Holidays does not accept responsibility for late entries or bookings which are made with the Promoter outside of the Promotion Period.

Newmarket Holidays takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, Newmarket Holidays reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority.

Selection of Prize Winner

There will be 1 (one) Prize Winner.

The Prize will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The Prize Winner will be notified via phone or email using the contact details for the Prize Winner in their booking by June 15th 2024

Newmarket Holidays  will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw.

 

The Prize will be paid to the Prize Winner as a credit to the outstanding balance of any Andre Rieu booking held with Newmarket Holidays in the name of the Prize Winner - amount not exceeding the Total Booking Value.

 

The maximum Prize value for this promotion is £2,500 GBP. The Prize is valued in Great British Pounds. If the Total Booking Value is less than £2,500 GBP, the Prize Winner will not be entitled to receive the difference between the Total Booking Value and the maximum Prize value.

The Prize Winner must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable or refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Each Valid Booking remains subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Newmarket Holidays and all suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, accommodation, cruise and tour companies) booking terms and conditions. However, subject to the Prize Winner’s rights under the UK consumer law, in the event that a Valid Booking is cancelled by the Prize Winner for any reason, the Prize Winner will be ineligible for a refund in respect of that Valid Booking (satisfied by payment of the Prize) and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
