Each of our resorts offers a lovely base from which to enjoy the beauty of the French Riviera and our optional-excursion programme.

Nice

The Mediterranean's largest resort, Nice's famous promenade - stretching for five kilometres around the curve of the Baie des Anges - is lined with grand Art Deco hotels, galleries and chic stores. The Old Town's narrow streets are lined with fascinating buildings, ancient churches, museums and hidden squares.

Menton

Exuding sun-kissed charm, Menton sits close to the Italian border on the Baie du Soleil. Unspoiled and elegant, its promenade runs along the pretty beachfront, and past the casino and ancient fort. Menton's cafes and bars provide the perfect place to relax, while the quaint old town boasts a delightful mix of Italianate and Baroque buildings.

Day One

Fly to France or Italy (depending on your departure date) and transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you're free to spend the rest of the day exploring.

Day Two

A day of relaxation awaits as you take advantage of all of the hotel's amenities, and soak up the atmosphere in your chosen resort.

Day Three

On today's optional excursion you'll journey along the scenic Moyenne Corniche, with its spectacular vistas of the Cote d'Azur, to the tiny Principality of Monaco. Gaze in awe at Monte Carlo harbour's sumptuous yachts, admire the Palais Princier - home to the Ranier family - and perhaps try your luck inside the famous casino.

Day Four

The second of our optional excursions takes you through the stunning hinterland to ancient Aix en Provence. Discover one of Europe's most beautiful town centres with the famous Cours Mirabeau, or 'grand boulevard', at its heart. Stroll through the delightful Old Town, visit one of the many galleries and boutiques, and explore the charming Quartier Mazarin.

Day Five

Head across the Italian border to the 'Riviera of Flowers', today, stopping first in bustling Ventimiglia. Wander the colourful flower market before we continue along the coast to sunny, grand San Remo. Stroll through the old town, La Pigna, admire its Liberty-style buildings and striking, onion-domed Russian Orthodox church, and soak up the atmosphere on the harbour-front.

Day Six

Another day left free for relaxation and exploration.

Day Seven

Our final optional excursion takes you west along the Cote d'Azur to Cannes. Explore the world-famous seafront promenade, La Croisette, and the charming Old Town of Le Suquet, overlooking the stunning blue waters. From here we'll continue to equally glamorous St-Tropez, where there's lots of opportunities to people-watch from one of the delightful pavement cafes.

Day Eight

Transfer back to the airport to check-in for your flight home.
