See the greatest free light show on earth - the breathtaking Blackpool Illuminations - on this fun-packed break to Britain's undisputed 'capital of entertainment'! You'll also enjoy a tour of 'Last of the Summer Wine Country' and visit the delightful spa resort of Buxton.

Day One

Leaving the local area in the early morning, we'll travel to our hotel. En route, we'll stop for lunch and enjoy a short tour of 'Last of the Summer Wine' country, taking in the little Pennine town of Holmfirth. Look out for Sid's Cafe and Nora Batty's steps, before we continue to our hotel in time for dinner.

Day Two

This morning we'll head to Blackpool. Spend the day exploring at leisure before, as evening falls, we board the coach for our Illuminations Drive. Over one million bulbs make up the fascinating array of feature displays that glitter along the seafront.

Day Three

Today we're off to popular Buxton, travelling through the stunning scenery of the Peak District. Visit the historic Crescent, browse the town's excellent shops or relax in the beautiful Pavilion Gardens.

We'll journey home in the early afternoon, arriving back in the local area by mid to late evening, after what promises to have been a marvellous weekend away.
