Ship Information

Weighing in at 63,000 tonnes and 250 metres, Columbus is the biggest ship in the CMV fleet. Originally launched in 1989 (by Audrey Hepburn), she was extensively refitted in 2015, and now offers 1500 passengers spacious accommodation and elegant communal areas arranged over 12 decks and topped off with the panoramic Dome Observatory.

Full Itinerary

Day One

Board Columbus and settle into your cabin before she cruises from Tilbury this afternoon.

Day Two

Wonderful Amsterdam, with its picturesque canals and step-gabled buildings, is our first port of call. Get to know this delightful, friendly city, and perhaps visit the renowned Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum.

Day Three

After a morning at sea, Columbus arrives in the great German port-city of Hamburg. Head ashore to soak up the atmosphere of this vibrant metropolis, or enjoy an evening on board before Columbus sets sail late tonight.

Day Four

Spend today relaxing and enjoying the facilities on board as Columbus cruises south towards the Channel.

Day Five

Today Columbus arrives in Antwerp, the Diamond Capital of the World. Explore the city, which was once home to the painter Rubens, or join optional excursions to the lovely Belgian cities of Bruges and Brussels.

Day Six

Disembark from Columbus, after a final relaxed breakfast, and begin your journey home.
