The beautiful island of Mull offers breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife and a spectacular coastline. Stroll Tobermory's pretty waterfront, past the colourful houses, and perhaps visit nearby Duart Castle, clan seat of Clan Maclean.
Today Marco Polo anchors off Stornoway, the capital of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, today. Perched on the very edge of Britain, these unspoiled islands have been inhabited continuously for over 6,000 years, and are guardians of a rich culture with its roots in the mists of time. Explore the town, or take the excursion to the mysterious and ancient Standing Stones at Callanish, thought to be nearly 4,000 years old.
Docking in Kirkwall today, you'll have the chance to explore the historic capital of Orkney, and visit its magnificent centrepiece, St Magnus Cathedral. A mile away are the waters of fabled Scapa Flow, where HMS Royal Oak sunk in WW2. Shore excursions will include highlights of the island's unique mix of history, archaeology, crafts and wildlife.
Marco Polo will arrive in Rosyth, on the Firth of Forth, today and you'll say goodbye to some fellow voyagers and welcome new friends aboard.
Today will be spent at sea, giving you the chance to make use of Marco Polo's many amenities.
Crossing the Channel completely, our next port of call is Honfleur at the mouth of the Seine. Wander the streets behind the pretty harbour, or perhaps join an optional excursion to Monet's delightful house and gardens at Giverny.
Marco Polo anchors off St Helier, the pretty capital of sun-kissed Jersey, this morning. Step ashore to explore the shops and stores, or take an excursion to discover the island, which is also home to the world-renowned Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.
This morning Marco Polo anchors in the Isles of Scilly and you'll be able to go ashore to explore tiny Hugh Town on St Mary's or join an excursion to stunning Tresco, where the world famous Abbey Gardens house Britain's finest sub-tropical plant collection.
Disembark in Avonmouth today, at the end of your British Isles voyage.
