This morning finds us in the Isles of Scilly. Marco Polo anchors here in, giving you the opportunity to go ashore to explore Hugh Town on St Mary's, the flower-strewn byways beyond, and stunning Tresco, where the famous Abbey Gardens house Britain's finest subtropical plant collection.
Days Three and Four
Marco Polo navigates into the heart of Normandy - heading to the ancient city of Rouen. We'll spend the night here, giving you the chance to explore. See the Place du Vieux-Marche, site of Saint Joan's martyrdom, the famous one-handed mechanical clock and the stunning Gothic cathedral, and perhaps join a optional excursion to Monet's lovingly preserved house and garden at Giverny.
Today Marco Polo arrives in Antwerp, the Diamond Capital of the World. Explore the city, which was once home to the painter Rubens, or join optional excursions to the lovely Belgian cities of Bruges and Brussels.
A final day is spent at sea, no doubt reliving the memories your cruise holiday as Marco Polo heads for home.
Bid farewell to Marco Polo and all your fellow travellers, today, as you disembark in Hull at the end of your cruise. A complimentary coach transfer from Hull to Cardiff will be available.
