Oh My what a disappointment ! Im so sorry to say that this is the Ryan Air of Cruise ships. More of a bad ferry crossing then a cruise. We were due to depart at 12:30 and asked to arrive at 11am. The carpark was full and it took them an hour to find us a space on some wasteland and bus us to the ship then it was just queue after queue with no where to sit to get on board. I felt very sorry for the elderly passengers. It was a shambles. The boat was disappointing and drab - more caravan then hotel style. The best thing was the lovely dinner we had on board. The rest was terrible. Going home it took 3.5 hours of sitting and waiting before we finally got our turn to leave the ship. The staff kept telling people off for trying to leave early - it was not pleasant. It was totally disorganised. They really need to improve by miles before I would ever consider going with Cruise & Maritime again. Really dreadful sorry

Some of the service left much to be desired . I had a ceaser salad which was a plate of lettuce , the other couple on our table had the completely wrong meal , I have a froze n Blue Margaritta which had no blue and that is just a few things that happened
Disembarking was totally shambolic
This was my idea to introduce my husband to cruising and it has totally back fired
Having been on a Christmas market River cruise on the Olympia before Christmas which was superb felt this was terrible in comparison
