Lapland Santa Experience Tour Itinerary

Every moment a memorable experience

Fly direct to Pajala on a specially chartered flight. This will be the only 'Santa' flight to Pajala on this day and numbers are strictly limited so you can appreciate every moment.

Arrive in Pajala, gateway to the heart of Lapland and 80 km beyond the Arctic Circle.

Your Lapp hosts will meet you dressed in traditional Sami costume, before you make a short, warm and comfortable coach journey to Santa's Home.

You'll take the 'secret path' through the forest and follow the twinkling lights to Santa's log cabin home, where he'll be waiting to greet you personally.

Enjoy a traditional sleigh ride pulled by reindeer, a husky-drawn sledge safari, and a thrilling ride on a snowmobile.

With all that excitement, you're guaranteed to work up an appetite, so you can tuck in to a delicious two-course lunch. Hot berry juice will also be available throughout the day, to drink and cup your hands around. And, to help keep you warm and cosy, special thermal garments are supplied when you arrive.

Between the organised activities, you'll also have a chance to enjoy some fun in the snow, with toboggan rides, snowman building and plenty of snowball fights!

A great day out that was made all the better by the staff and the people of pajala. Seeing the northan lights was a life long ambition and to see them at the end of the day was unbelievable. The food, the planning and events were all top notch

The grandchildren (aged 7, 5,4, and 3) thoroughly enjoyed the day. It was well organised and flowed well. The staff at Santa's Village The children were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The flight was inevitably tedious with too much time on the tarmac and the food was fairly basic. But, on the whole a good day.

Our day trip to Lapland was most magical. Every little last detail was perfect.
The activities were fun and well organised. The thermal suits were great- lots of sizes to choose from and a great selection of boots too.
Lunch was great and the restaurant and shop was a lovely place to warm up!
The boys and us loved searching for Santa and finding him was most magical. We ended our day with lots of snow play and tobogganing and a lucky view of the Northern Lights.

Departed Birmingham on 23 Dec as a surprise fir my 5 year old grandson . The whole trip was extremely well organised and included everything from start to finish the only thing missing was a flurry of snow but to make up for it we saw the Northern Lights on the way back to the plane . The staff from start to finish were extremely helpful. The set up at the village was beautiful and the path to see Santa was very well done .The scenery is absolutely stunning.

Our flight from Cardiff took off bang on time and the flights with breakfast/dinner was pleasant. It was lovely to let the kids go up and sign carols on the aircraft tannoy. Once there, the wait for the only bus was too long as we only had a day in Sweden. The resort was great for the kids, and the Swedish people were really lovely, however, the huge animated digital 'Welcome to Santas Winter Village' sign on the main shed was way too commercial and took some of the magic away from the nice buildings in the snow. Everything was well organised and we had a great time overall. I was disappointed to find in a very basic, compact shed with Santa in a false beard. For the price per head and the highlight of the day he should have been the real deal, not like a UK shopping centre grotto. Luckily the surroundings pulled it off and our daughter thought it was real enough. It was also an oversight that Santa was transported past where all the kids can see him in the daylight on a skidoo!!!! That took some explaining! All in all though, it was a great trip and well organised.
