Disney's Hotel Santa Fe®

This Mexican-themed hotel, a collection of pueblo-style buildings clustered against the banks of the 'Rio Grande', conjures up the colour and culture of the American Southwest. The Disney® Parks and Disney Village® are a 15- to 20-minute walk away, and a free shuttle bus to the Parks is also available.

Disney's Hotel Cheyenne®

With its wooden boardwalks connecting the frontier-town-style buildings, its Red Garter Saloon and Chuck Wagon Cafe, this hotel has everything you'd expect to find in a rip-roaring pioneer town during the Gold Rush, and is the perfect base for lovers of all things Wild-Western.

Disney's Sequoia Lodge®

Named after the majestic American redwood trees, Disney's Sequoia Lodge® evokes the soothing atmosphere of a stay in one of the USA's great National Parks.

We had a good time at eurodisney, the tour and the transfers were very well organised. My only negative was that after a very long journey with a very tired 4 year old that we were not escorted very well to our accomodation we were very much left to our own devices in a dark very busy complex, I hope this could be noted to help other clients with small children just to be told its over there amongst those trees was a little daunting in the dark in a car park.

Arrived evening first day and found accommodation after a little difficulty in the dark and retired to bed ready for fresh start next day. Had breakfast after forgetting and then retrieving our voucher from our room. Met with tour manager who gave great advice of how to make the most of the theme parks. Got on one of the frequent shuttle busses and arrived just in time for the park to open. Was able to rent a wheelchair having difficulty walking and had a great day taking in the rides and enjoying the light parade and the finale Disney dream experience with laser and fireworks. Was too tired to take in the bonfire and fireworks as well.
We had managed to go to the studios for a brief visit and had some fast food. One of the waiters came up to us seeing that we had a wheelchair and offered to get our food an served us at our table.
Had good night's sleep and after having breakfast set off for the journey home.
The driver was able to drop us close to home. Great time, great company.

Tour manager did not give us any details of our hotel. In fact did not even talk to us. The driver had to assume her role. Apart from this the break was great, hotel fantastic and kids loved it.

Coach was comfortable, toilet was not very nice. The driver was very friendly and good at his job. Our travel went smoothly. The you manger was a waste of time she gave us our room details out side the coach in the dark instead of a nice bright, warm hotel reception. We was all left to find our rooms on our own no help from tour manager if it wasn't for a traveller that had been before a few of us wouldn't of found our rooms. Hotel room and hotel it's self was clean and tidy. Food was lovely. The Disney parks are sensational our children had the most magical time. Thank you for providing a fantastic trip. We had no optional excursion's.

Very nice we all enjoyed it . Would have liked more time in the parks as couldnt cover everything in both parks in a day. Thought we have more time in parks when i booked. 1 day not worth all the travel. Part from that we liked it. Lovely place.
