We were disappointed as we had to make our way to Knutsford services. We were expecting to be picked up locally. It was a 40 minute journey to the service pick up. We don't drive and the other options we were given for pickup were longer. We arrived at the pickup point and the coach didn't leave till 40 minutes later. We understand that because there was only ourselves being picked up was the reason but we felt another services closer than Knutsford could have been arranged especially as the coach waited at Knutsford for 40 minutes before setting off. When I inquired about having my money refunded I was told I would loose my deposit of £60. We were both looking forward to the trip but the pick up and drop off definitely marred the experience.

Went with my granddaughter 16 on her first visit to London. On arrival at the hotel we were met by our tour rep Anthony. We were given time to freshen up before going into town. The hotel was very nice and our twin bedded room lived up to expectations the only downfall was that the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed a very pleasant meal before going to the theatre to see Phantom of the Opera. The coach picked us up after the show and returned us to the hotel. Breakfast was good and then we were taken back into London for some free time before being picked up to travel home. We both agreed it was a very enjoyable weekend.

Southport Couple
Our pickup was an early one (06.30am) the coach departed from Southport on time, several pickups on the way and we arrived at our hotel just after 1.30pm
The hotel was as advertised and the room was excellent, we left for London at 4pm and at about 5.15 where we were dropped off just around the corner from our chosen theatre. We did not eat at the Planet Hollywood as there was a waiting time of 30 mins, and it was very noisy so we went to a steak house just across the road. The show started at 7.30pm but we were disappointed with our seats as we were right on the side and the view was partially blocked by safety rails. We had to wait about 30 mins to be picked up after the show. Breakfast was brilliant, plenty of choice.Long journey home.

Disappointed with seats in theatre. Paid a premium for an "upgrade" but finished up with "standard" cost seats in stalls

When we booked we were not made aware that standard theatre
Seats were in the gods on the grand circle. There is no lift in the theatre and I had to help a 85year old up 80 steps. Once we got to the top the bar only had high stools which she and others could not get up onto. If we had known we would have booked better seats.
