A very enjoyable 2 day trip. The bus arrived on time and the various arranged stop offs in London were ideal with just the right amount of time to wander and explore the areas.
Only very minor point was the heating within the bus. Although the driver tried to rectify the situation it appeared that this was a more complex problem.

Bournemouth Couple
The show was fabulous and I would recommend anyone with the chance to visit the Royal Albert Hall to take the opportunity. The only down side to our trip, (there were 6 of us in my party) was that we had to wait outside in the freezing cold for our coach to pick us up after the show because they had to wait for late comers from the theatre region and get through the heavy traffic and shortly after we got back to the hotel they closed the bar.
Our tour manager did his job well but it would have been nice to have had some famous buildings etc pointed out as we made our way through the city.
The hotel was adequate but we all had problems with the air con - too cold and we couldn't turn it up! I had a grubby shower tray and a soiled towel. Breakfast was 1st class*****

Paignton Couple
The journey up from Devon was very comfortable with lots of comfort breaks as required. The hotel was excellent with great, comfortable beds. The seats at the Royal Albert hall were superb, and the coach was just outside to pick us up.
All in all a great trip, well worth the money.
